• We can generate a general and tournament specific email lists.

• You can sign up for multiple tournaments without having to pay the general registration fee multiple times.

• We don’t have to create every combination and permutation of general registration, individual tournament registration, and waitlist type.

• We can gather important data from you about your

• Preferred Name and Pronouns

• Club Affiliation

• We can charge enough per tournament to not have to supplement our income by shooting Onlyfans content.

General registration covers the following:

• Having a medic on call who can tend to your boo boo’s.

• Being put on the wait list incase a tournament you want gets filled up.

• If slots open up, you’ll be in line based on when you registered. You’ll be alerted that an opening has been created and you’ll have 24 hours to purchase a general registration and a tournament registration or the slot will be given to the next person on the list.

• If slots do not open up, don’t worry about it. Getting on the wait list is free.

Fashion Show!

The Fashion Show is no additional charge to compete in. Fighters will be judged on 4 categories:

• Color - How well do you buck the HEMA black trend, or have you found a way to make it your own?

• Uniqueness - Is this something you can buy off the shelf or did you put some effort into modifying your kit?

• Theme - Is there a cohesive theme to your kit?

• Toughness - Is this an actual HEMA kit you can compete in or is this Renaissance Festival Cosplay?

In the past we have asked people to come up with an intro for yourselves as you walk down the runway. This year we are changing things up and the MC is just gonna make one up on the spot for … consistency.

Warning!

You must also purchase a tournament registration if you want to compete in the tournament. If you do not purchase a tournament registration but purchase a general registration, you will not be able to compete in the tournament and your general registration fee will be refunded.

Refunds!

If you can not make it to the tournament and would like a refund, you MUST request a refund by emailing us at hiltandhelm@gmail.com BEFORE the day of the tournament or your fees will not be refunded. Again: you have until 11:59 pm on January 16th to request a refund or else it will not be granted.
